Its funny when you build a site like Jyte. Our users have the means to speak out about new features, bugs in the site and problems with our terms of service:

Well, as it turns out, we spent a lot more time working on making the site a great experience than we did reading over the terms of service for the site. As such, some of the boiler-plate that is in there is just plain silly. We want you to use the site in any and all ways, including retransmission. That’s what the API and widgets are all about.

In any case, we hear you, loud and clear, and we’ll be actually spending some time making a better terms of service that isn’t silly.

Thanks everybody for your input, thoughts and most importantly your time and effort in making Jyte such a great place. Oh yeah, and thanks for your patience with us when we do silly things like this … :-)
