Severely dislike. Do not necessarily hate.
I don't get why people can't just view software as a tool. I find it hard to hate MS Windows since I know that it has its place. Just because I personally don't care to use it is no reason to hate it.
Unless you support Windows (either informally for family/friends, or professionally, both of which I have done) you really have no idea how possible it is to hate a piece of software.
as to the tags, please consider that out of context, "9x" "me" and "2000" are not strongly associated with MS windows.
