No. I've experienced new relationship energy, and I used to think limerance was the same thing, but then I looked it up, and it isn't. Limerance requires not knowing whether the other person is interested and not telling them that you are interested in them while having obsessive, intrusive thoughts and fantasies about them.
yeah, it's the "d'ya think he likes me? I mean, like, *like* like?" stage.
